Job Description

Your Tasks:

• Shared responsibility for day-to-day accounting tasks and the preparation of statistics, forecasts, budgets, monthly and annual financial statements
• Ongoing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and accounting guidelines, as well as the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with USALI and UGB
• Supporting and coordinating departments in the preparation of monthly P&Ls
• Assisting with budget preparation and control
• Supporting the Director of Finance in the preparation of monthly corporate reports and ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Taking on projects for the further development of the finance department and the internal control system
• Shared responsibility for the company's cash management guidelines
• Monitoring of risk management guidelines and procedures
• Administration of all contracts and other financial obligations

Your Profile:

• You have experience in a similar management position in finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of SUN Systems, Birchstreet, Opera, Simphony and Fairmas is an advantage.
• Strategic, analytical thinking is not new to you.
• You have very good German and English skills and enjoy using them
• You are reliable, able to multitask and have a talent for coordination

The minimum gross wage under the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry is €2,492.00 based on full-time employment. In reality, a higher, market-based wage is paid for this position, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
