The Information Technology Department enables digital processes and reliable services across the company. In Business Applications Projects, we deliver ERP and related systems for MED EL HQ and global subsidiaries, bridging IT and business to turn requirements into scalable solutions and drive process harmonization and optimization worldwide.

Your Tasks

• Actively contribute to the global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our subsidiaries
• Serve as the key interface between central IT, business stakeholders, and international entities to ensure alignment and process harmonization
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions in collaboration with external implementation partners
• Support the design, testing, and deployment of ERP functionalities, ensuring high-quality and sustainable solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes and system usage across the organization
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP projects
• Solid understanding of ERP system landscapes, including integrations, data migrations, and end-to-end business processes (purchasing, warehousing, sales, service)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured solutions
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%) and work in a global, multicultural environment
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
