Tasks
- You develop, implement, and maintain Rave rules to support and optimize crew scheduling and tracking.
- You create and execute test cases to validate rule functionality and overall system behavior.
- You support the calibration and tuning of optimization parameters.
- You translate business requirements into technical implementations within the Jeppesen systems (e.g. JCR, JCT).
- You analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- You collaborate closely with end users and Crew Management subject matter experts.
- You contribute to the continuous development of our Crew Management System landscape, including rostering and tracking solutions.

- You have a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience with Jeppesen Foreflight Crew Management systems, particularly developing Rave rules.
- You have experience with JCR on Studio and/or JCT on Atrium, which is considered a strong advantage.
- You bring solid programming experience in Python or other programming languages as an alternative to direct JCR/JCT experience, combined with the motivation to develop Rave expertise.
- You are able to translate operational requirements into technical solutions and implementations and have strong analytical skills and approach problem-solving in a structured way.
- You enjoy working independently within a small, highly specialized team and have a good understanding of airline crew scheduling concepts.
- You are willing to relocate to Vienna, Austria.
