Role purpose

As an Inhouse ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in our global ERP landscape, supporting the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of our next-generation ERP solution. Acting as the link between business users and technical teams, you will help improve processes, ensure high data quality, and enable efficient system usage across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Play a key role in our next-generation ERP implementation, with a strong focus on supporting a successful global deployment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, challenge, and align business requirements
• Analyze current solutions and identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and ERP usage
• Support the design, execution, and documentation of test scenarios and user acceptance activities
• Train end users, create clear documentation, and promote best practices to drive user adoption
• Provide first- and second-level support to end users and help resolve issues in a structured, user-focused way
• Maintain issue, resolution, and knowledge base documentation to ensure transparency and continuous learning
• Contribute to system upgrades and the rollout of new features and modules as part of the ongoing ERP evolution
  
  

Your profile

• Experience working with an integrated ERP solution; knowledge of Infor LN is a strong advantage
• Background in at least one of the following areas: Project Management or Finance
• Commercial or technical background through relevant professional experience and/or education
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and improve business processes in an international environment
• Clear communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholder groups
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally when needed
• Business-fluent English, both written and spoken; German or Spanish is an advantage
