Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Coordinate, consolidate and oversee demand planning for short- mid- und long term capacity planning (marketing forecast on a quarterly and on yearly base)
• Analyze forecast data, sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordingly
• Provide regular read-outs on forecast development and risk & opportunity profile to senior management
• Identify opportunities for forecast process improvements and implement best practices
• Perform business and market analyses
• Manage master data of High Voltage MOSFETs
• Support development of product/production strategy and help to implement optimization programs including product transfers and discontinuation processes
• Act as interface for the Product Line to various functions, working closely with Supply Chain Planning, Product Management and Regional Marketing teams to align consensus forecast
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A university degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field with a focus on data-driven decision making and technical proficiency
• 1-3 years of working experience, ideally in the semiconductor industry and with a focus on planning, pricing and a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and trends
• Strong analytical skills including experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau as well as proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Technical acumen with a strong interest in semiconductors, particularly power electronics
• A high affinity for project management, digitalization, technology and market trends
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business strategies effectively, German skills are a plus
  
  

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F-G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
