What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes for our events (no à la carte service).
• Carry out mise en place and ensure ingredients and workstations are well-prepared.
• Support smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in line with HACCP regulations.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments as required.
• Take responsibility for smaller preparation tasks or sections during shifts, under guidance.
• Help ensure consistency and quality in presentation and taste.
  
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience (Gastronomy)
• Enthusiastic and guest-oriented work approach
• Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
• Team spirit, commitment, and passion for tourism
• Proactive and dedicated approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal skills
