We are looking for someone who not only plans projects, but also designs them with passion and implements them successfully. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team that works closely with different departments, stakeholders and senior management. What you'll be handling:

• Implementation of innovative projects to shape the future.
• Coordinate and oversee all program activities with a trained eye for detail to ensure processes, schedules, and quality standards are always met.
• Proactively identify potential risks and strategically develop risk mitigation measures to ensure the smooth running of the program.
• Precise monitoring and optimal use of the budget to ensure that program spending is efficient and targeted, while always keeping an eye on financial success.
• Skillful management of stakeholders and transparent communication with external and internal stakeholders to build a strong network and demonstrate the success of this program to all stakeholders.
  
  

What you'll need:

• Several years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Innovative spirit and interest in understanding customer and market requirements
• Assertiveness and resilience
• High sense of responsibility
• Completed technical studies are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
