Project Manager Robotics - #34252

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial robotics projects from initial scoping to deployment
• Work with customers to define and refine real-world use-cases
• Coordinate hardware, software, and on-site execution
• Drive pilot deployments and ensure successful operation in real environments
• Translate learnings from pilots into scalable and repeatable setups
• Identify bottlenecks in processes, systems, or environments and resolve them with the team
• Collaborate closely with engineering to align development with real-world needs
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in industrial environments, automation, or technical project management
• Strong execution mindset with hands-on approach
• Ability to work in fast-moving, uncertain environments
• Clear communication with engineers, customers, and partners
• Structured thinking combined with pragmatic problem solving
• German and English
• Bonus: Experience with robotics, manufacturing systems, or system integration
