The Breakdown:
The Creative Designer Europe delivers high-quality creative across digital, retail, print, social, and marketing channels for the European market. Working with Global Creative, Regional Marketing, and cross-functional teams, the role translates Burton's global brand direction into regional executions balancing adaptation of global campaigns with Europe-specific solutions owning projects from concept through production.

What You Get to Do:

• Execute and adapt creative assets across all channels (digital, retail, print, social, CRM, presentations, events), tailoring global and seasonal campaigns for European markets while upholding Burton's brand standards.
• Develop original creative solutions for Europe-specific initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
• Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into high-quality design, and present concepts, rationale, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Global Creative, Regional Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Product Marketing, Social) and external partners throughout the creative process to align work with business goals, timelines, and brand standards.
• Identify creative opportunities and propose solutions that improve campaign effectiveness, customer experience, and consistency.
• Ensure attention to detail and production quality across all deliverables, and prepare production-ready artwork that meets technical specs across digital, print, retail, and production workflows.
• Manage multiple projects to deadline in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with vendors, printers, agencies, and freelancers, and leverage emerging tools and AI to improve creative workflows.

What You'll Bring to The Team:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, or sports brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with experience designing across digital, retail, print, and social channels. Motion graphics, video editing, or photography experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of production processes for both print and digital assets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
