As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruiting activities across different business functions, work closely with Hiring Managers and HR teams, and gain valuable experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer preparation, in close collaboration with the HR BP team.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities across different functions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within our ATS and reporting tools.
• Track recruitment KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Utilize modern sourcing tools, platforms, and AI-powered technologies to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen Zumtobel Group’s presence as an employer of choice.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and new technologies to develop your expertise continuously.

• First experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, sales or a similar people-focused environment is an advantage.
• Interest in sourcing, talent attraction, and building relationships with candidates.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to organize priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Curiosity about new technologies, digital tools, and AI solutions that can improve recruiting processes.
• Analytical thinking and an interest in using data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Fluent English and German; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
