Development Engineer for Mechatronic Systems (M/F/D)* - #33255

In this position, you will strengthen our product development team and play a central role in the further development of our innovative product lines in the areas of Smart Pocket or Storage Technology. With your experience in design, standardization and technical product development, you will design future-proof solutions and contribute to the efficient, modular and cost-effective development of our products. The core tasks include activities related to product improvement, standardization and modular development. The position is located at the Wels (Austria) site in order to ensure direct exchange with relevant people and the connection to the product.

What you'll be handling:

• Further development and optimization of our product lines
• Development of standardized and modular solutions for complex mechatronic systems
• Analysis and implementation of technical improvements in terms of quality, costs and manufacturability
• Close cooperation with product management, purchasing, production, assembly and service
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as design documents
• Technical support for technical issues and development projects
  
  

What you'll need:

• Technical education with Matura (HTL) or studies in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation technology or electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in development, design with lateral guidance
• Experience in engineering or in the industrial environment
• Very good understanding of mechatronic systems and complex technical relationships
• Experience with CAD systems and structured work in development projects
• Communicative personality with a high level of personal responsibility and very good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 54.507 Euro.
