As Senior Staff Engineer (m|f|d), you act as a technological visionary for our product! Together, we are building a next-generation platform that functions as a universal advertising OS – high-performing and flexible. For this role, we are looking for someone who combines business strategy with technical excellence, shapes system architecture, and strengthens our teams through active mentoring.
- You shape the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of our platform together with our teams, with a special focus on our new agent subsystems.
- You become an active member of our Lead Dev circle as well as our cross-team chapters.
- You evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches.
- You actively drive the adoption of agentic engineering and support our engineering teams in the process.
- You significantly steer and shape our engineering security strategy.
- You act as a mentor and point of contact for our junior engineers.
- You bring proven experience as a Staff Engineer.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in hands-on software development and possess a strong software engineering foundation.
- You already have direct experience in building LLM-powered agent harnesses as well as in using modern tools for agent orchestration.
- You are well-versed in handling CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- You navigate confidently in a cloud-native environment.
- You have profound experience with modern software security strategies.
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy speaking English.
- You enjoy working in a team and love sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 4,611 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience; a willingness to provide a significant overpayment is given.
