As AI Senior Software Engineer (m|f|d), you maximize the potential of AI agents in our product! Together, we are developing a forward-looking, high-performance, and flexible platform that acts as a universal advertising OS. With great enthusiasm, you transform LLM reasoning into reliable agentic behavior and actively share your knowledge within the team.
- You design, build, and maintain our core agent harness – including LLM routing, tool-calling infrastructure, robust guardrails, I/O validation, and hallucination mitigation to guarantee absolutely reliable behavior.
- You conceptualize and create the necessary datasets, metrics, and evaluation strategies to objectively measure and continuously increase the quality of our agents across model updates and prompt modifications.
- You actively drive the adoption of agentic engineering and support our engineering teams in the process.
- You act as a mentor and point of contact for our junior engineers.
- You hold a successfully completed degree in software engineering (or a comparable qualification).
- You look back on at least 8 years of experience in software development and bring a strong software engineering foundation.
- You possess deep expert knowledge in Python and ideally also know-how in TypeScript, Java, and/or the Google Cloud.
- You bring experience in building LLM-powered agent harnesses as well as in using modern tools for agent orchestration.
- You have the ability to precisely measure and evaluate the quality of agent systems through datasets and evaluation metrics.
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy speaking English.
- You enjoy working in a team and love sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 4,611 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
