We are currently engaged with a major Austrian industrial manufacturer to provide an external review of their internal long term planning. Because our firm operates on the principle that writing is thinking, our work focuses on the production of rigorous, signed memoranda rather than visual presentations. The Data Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in this process by ensuring that the empirical foundation of every argument we make is accurate, organized, and verifiable. This is a full time, fully remote position designed for an entry level professional who understands that clear data is the starting point for clear thinking.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of the information that enters our advisory reports. You will work closely with our principals to organize raw data provided by clients, ensuring it is prepared for deep reading and analysis. Your day to day work involves the careful cataloging of financial and operational figures into a central repository that our advisors use to draft their arguments. You will often be asked to fact check specific claims in a draft memorandum against the original source materials provided by the client. This requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain concentration over long periods of reading. While the work involves data, the context is always the written word. You will ensure that every figure used in a final report can be traced back to its origin with absolute certainty. This role is fundamental to maintaining the trust that our clients place in our written work.

What You Bring
