The Role
The day to day responsibilities of this position revolve around the organization of complex advisory projects. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintaining the digital filing system for all research and evidence related to the Austrian industrial mandate.
• Coordinating the timeline for successive revisions of internal memoranda, ensuring that each draft is cataloged and accessible to the lead principal.
• Tracking the progress of various work streams to ensure that all internal deadlines are met without the need for constant verbal updates.
• Verifying that all citations within a document correspond correctly to the digital source material in our archives.
• Managing the digital signature process for final memoranda and ensuring the secure archival of these records.
• Facilitating the transition of handwritten notes or primary source data into our internal digital repository.
• Providing technical support for the remote tools we use to maintain a secure and private communication channel with client boards.

What You Bring
