Tasks

• Procurement of pneumatic components, assemblies, and automation solutions for automotive projects, as well as engineering contracts
• Development and implementation of project-specific procurement strategies for pneumatic packages in close coordination with key project members
• Supplier sourcing and selection, including participation in supplier management (supplier performance, supplier evaluation, audits, etc.)
• Conducting requests for price comparisons, contract negotiations, and awarding of contracts
• Preparation and processing of purchase orders and handling of supplier complaints
• Maintenance of supplier master data

Requirements

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, higher technical school, university of applied sciences, or university degree)
• Several years of professional experience in procurement (ideally in an industrial company)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Independent, structured, and collaborative way of working

Statutory salary details

The gross annual salary under the collective agreement starts at € 48,412.06. The actual remuneration depends on your professional experience and qualifications and will be determined in a joint discussion.
