We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d)

Do you have experience in project management and want to play an active role in driving digital transformation projects in a dynamic business environment? Then we'd love to hear from you! As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating group-wide HR and IT digitalization projects. You will ensure the successful delivery of our projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and maintain a smooth flow of information throughout the project lifecycle. With your structured approach and strong organizational skills, you will make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of our digital transformation initiatives and the establishment of sustainable, future-ready solutions

your tasks include:

• You plan, manage, and coordinate group-wide HR and IT digitalization projects
• You ensure that project timelines, resources, and key milestones are met while continuously monitoring project progress
• You act as the central point of contact between business departments, group companies, IT, and external implementation partners
• You organize Steering Committee meetings and prepare project reports and decision-making materials for management
• You coordinate tendering processes and manage collaboration with service providers and implementation partners
• You continuously improve our project management standards, documentation, and SharePoint project structures

your profile:

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in project management, ideally in the area of HR, IT, or digital transformation projects
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of working with internal and external partners
