Fund Operations Expert - #32461
Red Bull
Datum: vor 4 Wochen
Stadt: Innere Stadt, Wien
Vertragstyp: Ganztags
Join Red Bull Ventures’ team as a Fund Operations Expert, where you’ll own the operational backbone of the fund: portfolio onboarding and management, coordinating legal documentation alongside the investment team’s due diligence, preparing materials for internal reviews, as well as driving startup founder support, organizing engaging community initiatives, and managing our IT toolset and back office.
In our dynamic team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the fund runs smoothly. You're detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger strategic picture, and you can translate operational complexity into clear updates for non-finance stakeholders. This is a role with real room to grow — joining in the early days of the fund means you'll help shape its trajectory and processes from the ground up, with the opportunity to take on increasing scope and impact as we scale.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
DEAL SUPPORT AND DOCUMENTATION
Coordinate due diligence workflows alongside the investment team, perform compliance checks according to our governance requirements, and manage legal documentation.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING
Onboard portfolio companies with communications and marketing activities. Track portfolio company performance, prepare dashboards, and reporting packages.
TOOLS LANDSCAPE & AI ADOPTION
Maintain fund management software, CRM platform, and licenses, and implement process improvements. Level up the team by championing smarter use of data and AI across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Continuously pressure-test how the team works, identifying where AI tools and automation can replace manual effort, sharpen decision-making, or surface insights faster (e.g. AI-assisted deal screening, market mapping, or portfolio reporting). Pilot new tools, build internal buy-in, and translate experimentation into adopted workflows.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT & COMMUNITY BUILDING
Provide limited administrative services around our interactions with founders (i.e. manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders, organize small events that strengthen Red Bull Venture’s relationships among startups and the VC ecosystem, send onboarding packages to startups,...) Sort, qualify, and answer inbound deal flow according to Red Bull’s strategic agenda.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
As an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities. We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success. We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, skin colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation or origin.
