As the Transport Logistics & Customs Handling Department, we are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the entire transport of goods. This means we play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in compliance with all legal requirements.
Your Tasks
- Preparation of export and import customs declarations (after adequate training)
- Preparation and transmission of Intrastat declarations
- Calculation of preferential and non-preferential origins
- Preparation of transport orders and the associated transport documents, including IATA Dangerous Goods Declarations
- Communication with our global areas and freight forwarding partners
- Completed commercial education (e.g., freight forwarding apprenticeship, HAK/HAS, or HBLA)
- Confident use of MS Office programs
- Experience in customs is an advantage
- Good command of German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Loyal and team-oriented personality as well as a precise and structured way of working
