The impact you’ll make

As a Logistics Analyst at Lam, you'll orchestrate and streamline material flow, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role encompasses a broad set of responsibilities, including supply chain services, inventory control, and ensuring critical parts availability through enterprise warehouse and inventory systems. Your skilled analysis will support production planning and volume studies. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing Lam's logistics plans for seamless operations.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics and shipment processes
• Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse operations
• Analyze operational data, perform root cause analysis, and support reporting and KPI tracking
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Act as key contact between internal teams, clients, and logistics service providers
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, business, commerce or related
• Background in international business or commerce
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experienc in logistics or warehouse operations
• Experience in Logsitics coordiantion, warehouse operations, inventory control and documentation
• Experienc ein international environments and cross-functional roles preferred
• SAP, MS Office, Power BI
• communication & coordination
  
  

What We're Offering

This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
