Our hearing solutions, which are used worldwide, are manufactured in our Implant Production facility. Our team handcrafts high-precision medical devices in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Your Tasks

• Independent execution of tasks within assigned orders, following given guidelines and precise work instructions, while meeting the highest quality standards in Implant Manufacturing
• Independent leadership and development of the team, including professional guidance, support, and fostering an open, appreciative, and motivating work environment characterized by collaboration and mutual support
• Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of both quality and quantity
• Contributing to the effectiveness of the quality assurance system
• Responsibility for information flow within the team as well as across interfaces
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, technical school, etc.); professional experience in a manufacturing company and experience in leading employees are an advantage
• Leadership qualities, proactive working style, holistic thinking, and strong systems competence
• High social competence as well as a respectful and appreciative approach toward employees
• Strong organizational, motivational, and collaboration skills combined with effective time management
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good PC skills (Windows, Office, etc.) and good fine motor skills

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.

Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
