Our hearing solutions, which are used worldwide, are manufactured in our Implant Production facility. Our team handcrafts high-precision medical devices in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Your Tasks

• Deputy leadership of the CI Production team (functional and disciplinary)
• Responsibility for meeting production output targets
• Ensuring quality and continuously improving manufacturing processes
• Optimization of throughput times including Lean Management
• Responsibility for organizational workflows within and beyond the team
• Shaping the future direction of the department, including personnel development
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, apprenticeship or similar) and several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, including experience in leading employees
• Interest in complex processes involving highly automated, interconnected systems combined with manual manufacturing steps
• Experience in organizing, managing, and developing production areas
• Ability to motivate and develop employees and leaders while inspiring them to work toward shared goals
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Communicative, open minded, independent, and team oriented personality with high quality standards, strong sense of responsibility, as well as a goal and solution oriented working style

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.

Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
