Training & Communication Specialist (f/m/d) - #30199
Nuki Home Solutions GmbH
Job Description
We open the door to a world of possibilities and give you the chance to set new standards with us. We are looking for people with enthusiasm for innovation, people who are passionate about what they do, forward thinkers, and doers. Is that you? Then our door is open for you.
As a Training & Communication Specialist (f/m/d) at Nuki, you are the bridge between technical knowledge and agent performance. You will ensure that both our external support partner and internal stakeholders are fully equipped to represent Nuki with absolute professionalism. In this role, you turn our technical knowledge into easy training modules. By keeping every agent confident, skilled, and up-to-date with our fast-evolving products, you get the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.
Your Role
- You are responsible for the successful onboarding of new agents and for creating hardware and software training materials (e.g. E-Learnings, workshops) for our external support partner.
- You translate complex technical updates from our product team into simple, clear messages for our external support agents.
- You run our internal info channels (Slack/Zendesk) and ensure that all templates and automated replies sound professional and align with our brand identity.
- You support our Knowledge Specialist and help keep our internal knowledge base (Confluence) up to date.
- You handle a small number of complex customer tickets yourself, so you never lose touch with our products and our users.
- You help out our Customer Operations Lead with special projects or deep dives when unexpected challenges pop up.
Job Requirements
- You bring 3+ years of experience in Technical Support (L2/L3) or a similar Customer Operations role, you are already the "go-to" person in your team, and enjoy sharing your knowledge to help others succeed.
- You have a higher technical education (e.g., a Higher Technical College, University, or similar) or a comparable technical background.
- You have a natural talent for explaining "how things work" clearly and simply.
- You understand professional Customer Service etiquette and show a strong willingness to learn and apply our specific brand voice.
- You bring a strong hands-on mentality and see handling a small share of complex tickets as the best way to stay sharp and keep training materials realistic.
- You are a quick learner who can easily pick up new tools (like Canva or Loom) to create training content. Familiarity with Zendesk and Confluence is a strong plus.
- You speak and write fluent English, German is a plus.
Why Us

- Additional days off: You receive 26 vacation days per year — December 24 and 31 are additional days off.
