We put AI first
Join our AI-first team, where we're building a next-generation platform that runs AI agents to do real engineering work. Our systems reason, use tools, and act on production environments safely and at scale, making complex workflows trustworthy and reliable. We are seeking professionals passionate about building exceptional user experiences and eager to collaborate with an international team of experts to shape how people interact with autonomous agents in a globally leading product.
Your role at Dynatrace
We are seeking an innovative, full-stack developer with a strong frontend focus who is excited to build intuitive interfaces for complex AI agent systems. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile, technical-excellence-focused environment and brings a practical, working understanding of how AI agents behave and where they fail.
We are looking for a highly skilled software development professional who combines seasoned frontend expertise with a proactive, collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire stack and brings a strong curiosity about AI technologies and real-time data streaming.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to list a salary range for this position, which is € 61,000 up to € 76,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We’ve listed the salary range for transparency, but if your experience and skills bring unique value, we’d still love to hear from you—please apply even if you’re outside the range.

- Design, build, and maintain the React and TypeScript interfaces where AI agents' reasoning and results stream to users in real time, while engineering robust streaming UI states across in-flight, completed, stuck, and failed states.
- Make agent behaviour legible and trustworthy by clearly surfacing progress, uncertainty, partial answers, and failure states to our users.
- Own frontend quality through typed API clients, end-to-end and visual-regression testing, and a consistent design system.
- Flex into API and backend development using Go and Python to ensure features ship seamlessly end-to-end, rather than just reaching the edge of the frontend.
- Drive architectural decisions for the experience layer, participate actively in code reviews, testing, and debugging, and take full ownership of your features using Dynatrace to monitor and optimize your applications.

- Multiple years of hands-on experience building production web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with building AI agents in productive environments.
- Real-world experience with real-time or streaming data in the browser (such as Server-Sent Events or WebSockets) and the state management around it.
- A working understanding of AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and their performance limitations.
- A genuine willingness to work across the stack, being strong on the frontend and comfortable in backend and API code.
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a highly collaborative and proactive team approach.
- A one-product software company creating real value for the largest enterprises and millions of end customers globally, striving for a world where software works perfectly.
- Working with the latest technologies and at the forefront of innovation in tech on scale; but also, in other areas like marketing, design, or research.
- A team that thinks outside the box, welcomes unconventional ideas, and pushes boundaries.
- An environment that fosters innovation, enables creative collaboration, and allows you to grow.
- A globally unique and tailor-made career development program recognizing your potential, promoting your strengths, and supporting you in achieving your career goals.
