Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) expertise to provide hands-on ERP support to our Linz manufacturing site. This role serves as a critical bridge between IT and business operations, ensuring that ERP systems effectively support manufacturing, warehousing, and asset management processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with end users on the shop floor and translating business needs into functional system solutions.

What you will do
  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with focus on Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Asset Management.
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams or vendors.
  • Support end users with break-fix issues, system questions, and process guidance.
  • Ensure data integrity and proper system usage across ERP transactions.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Engineering teams and others to understand business processes and system requirements.
  • Support production orders, BOMs, routings, inventory management, warehouse operations, and asset maintenance workflows.
  • Identify and recommend process or system improvements to increase efficiency and adoption.
  • Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and system updates.
  • Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and change control activities.
  • Assist with user training and documentation.
  • Act as the primary ERP point of contact for the Linz site.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to align local requirements with global standards.
  • Provide status updates to site and IT leadership.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ERP support experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience with D365 F&O Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, or Asset Management modules.
  • Experience in regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, and asset management processes.
  • Ability to work onsite in Linz, Austria.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a regulated, multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with both medical device and pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks: 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, 21 CFR Parts 210/211, and ICH Q10.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across both commercial and regulated IT domains, managing competing priorities and stakeholder groups effectively.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
