• Completed vocational training or a college degree
• Professional experience in operational human resources; certification as a payroll accountant is a plus
• Interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and managers at all levels, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities (Passion for People)
• A solution-oriented and independent work style, a confident demeanor, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Fluency in spoken and written English, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
