Network Development Specialist-Austria - #27660

Reports to: Head of Network Austria
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Network in all strategic and operational retail network development activities across Austria
- Coordination and execution of cross-functional projects related to retail, dealer network, customer experience, retail standards, and network expansion
- Supporting dealer onboarding processes, retail readiness checks, and implementation tracking for new retail concepts and standards
- Project ownership for showroom upgrades, retail CI implementation, pop-up concepts, events, customer journey improvements, and retail activation projects
- Supporting network planning activities, market coverage analysis, and retail performance monitoring
- Working closely with dealer partners, architects, agencies, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Supporting retail reporting, KPI tracking, project timelines, and management presentations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Aftersales, etc.
- Timely and efficiently complete other tasks assigned by the leader and other supervisors.
- Coordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

Bachelors degree or above, business management or engineering background is preferred

At least 5+ years related working experience in Automotive industry within the hiring regions

Expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry report

Working experience in auto OEM for EU network development

Commercial or technical background within the automotive industry

First professional experience in automotive retail, dealer network development, OEM/importer structures, or project management

Strong organizational and project coordination skills with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset

Structured and solution-oriented way of working with strong execution focus

Interest in automotive retail concepts, EV transformation, and customer experience

Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

Native German and fluent English required

Willingness to travel within Austria and occasionally internationally
