Your Tasks

• Independent leadership and technical management of the team
• Ensuring the achievement of targets (quality and quantity)
• Collaboration in the optimization of production processes
• Responsibility for the flow of information within and outside the team
• Supporting to shape the future direction of the division
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, technical college or similar), professional experience in a manufacturing company and experience in employee management an advantage
• Fine motor skills
• Experience in the organization and design of production areas
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very high quality standards, a high sense of responsibility and a goal- and solution-oriented way of working
• Communicative, open-minded, independent and team-oriented personality

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.

Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
