Housekeeping Supervisor - #26963

We are looking for a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.

Key expectations:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality
• Take ownership of shift operations and proactively resolve operational challenges
• Support inventory control and ensure efficient use of supplies and equipment
• Coach, train, and motivate housekeeping associates in line with brand standards
• Identify development needs and support training initiatives
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Profile:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
