At Momentum Brand & Product, we operate at the intersection of brand, product, and technology. Our projects range from crafting brand identities to developing digital products, all aimed at delivering meaningful experiences.

As a Product Architect, you’ll sit at the center of our product development process. You’ll connect strategy, creativity, and technology to guide products from idea to execution. Your role combines leadership, product planning, and hands-on technical expertise to ensure the team delivers high-quality work, efficiently and collaboratively.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership and Product Direction

  • Lead cross-functional teams (design, development, AI, strategy) through complex product cycles.
  • Translate client goals into clear, actionable product plans, roadmaps, and specifications.
  • Plan and manage projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met and resources are effectively utilised.
  • Communicate direction, alignment, and priorities across the team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Guide builders (designers, developers, marketers), keeping teams on track and quality high.
  • Facilitate collaboration between creative and technical roles to ensure cohesion and clarity.
  • Drive product and process innovation by leveraging emerging technologies, especially AI.
  • Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and emerging technologies, and apply them in the design and development of products.


Architecture and Technical Direction

  • Define how products should be structured from a design, technical and functional standpoint.
  • Create technical specifications and break down tasks for designers and developers.
  • Make architectural decisions that balance client requirements, scalability, and tech feasibility.
  • Support technical problem-solving and advise developers on implementation strategies.
  • Oversee the work of designers and developers, ensuring quality standards are met and guiding them in the right technical direction.
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices and maintain technical integrity.
  • Work closely with testers/QA teams to ensure product quality and functionality.


Hands-on Design and Development

  • Contribute to coding and prototyping yourself to move the product forward.
  • Create or refine UX flows, system logic, or structural product elements.
  • Participate in shaping interface patterns, refining wireframes, and validating interaction models when needed.
  • Help build critical components, set up project foundations, or validate technical approaches.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

You have

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Experience in digital product management, combining technical understanding with strategic decision-making.
  • A background in development and a strong understanding of development principles, enough to collaborate deeply with developers and to be hands-on when needed.
  • Experience creating or overseeing product architecture and high-level solution design.
  • A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate deeply with designers.
  • A natural ability to guide others, align teams, and keep projects on track.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, you can translate complexity into clarity.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and workflows as part of your technical toolkit.
  • A passion for emerging technologies and a mindset geared toward continuous learning.
