Job Description

We are looking for a motivated FP&A Intern to join our finance organization. This role offers a well-rounded experience across core finance functions, with a primary focus on Financial Planning & Analysis. You will gain hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business intelligence while working closely with experienced finance professionals.

• Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including process execution and optimization
• Assist in maintaining and improving financial models, tools, and reports
• Help ensure the accuracy and consistency of finance master data
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI dashboards (Power BI & Excel)
• Support data collection and analysis across different business areas
• Participate in project-based work related to asset management and accounting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to documentation within the finance function

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree with a focus on finance, accounting or economics (preferably nearing the end of a bachelor’s program or starting a master’s program)
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Experienced with Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Previous professional experience in a high-tech or research environment is a plus

With us, you’ll receive an attractive gross monthly salary of 2,200.00 € (full-time basis, Metal Trades Collective Agreement).
