Then become part of our team and support the Senior Vice President Supply Chain Operations as a committed, trustworthy assistant and thus ensure clear results, effective communication and reliable action tracking.

What you'll be handling:

• Project and topic management You will accompany strategic, operational and cross-departmental projects as well as special topics, from preparation to coordination to consistent follow-up.
• Executive Support You will proactively support the SVP in day-to-day business, coordinate appointments with foresight, prepare briefings and decision-relevant management documents.
• Sparrings Partner for the SVP a reliable sparring partner, you create transparency about priorities, measures, decisions, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Management formats and decision support You will structure meetings, reviews and workshops, create agendas, minutes, KPI overviews and presentations.
  
  

What you'll need:

• Completed training and relevant professional experience (e.g. Management Assistant or similar)
• Enthusiasm for project-oriented work
• Very structured, independent way of working and high precision, even with several parallel topics
• Very good knowledge of German and openness to English-speaking conversations
• Loyalty, team spirit and enjoyment of working with different interfaces
