Vertragstyp: Ganztags
TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology—enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization.

We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?

Responsibilities

Support the development and rollout of AI-powered features that enhance TeamViewer’s Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) products, working closely with experienced Product Managers and cross‑functional teams.

  • Contribute to understanding users, customers, markets and competitors, especially where AI and data-driven approaches can solve concrete customer problems, under guidance from senior PMs.
  • Assist in collecting, refining and documenting product requirements for AI features (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) instead of fully owning the product backlog.
  • Support discovery activities (user interviews, simple surveys, shadowing calls, basic data exploration) and summarize findings for the product team.
  • Help maintain and prioritize parts of the backlog for AI use cases in collaboration with a Senior Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Participate in writing basic specifications for AI use cases and support delivery, testing coordination and release preparation (e.g. smoke tests, test case review, release notes draft).
  • Monitor simple product success indicators (adoption, usage metrics, basic customer feedback) and propose incremental improvements with support from more experienced colleagues.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Support on smaller work packages, escalating risks and dependencies when needed.
  • Stay up to date on AI trends and help translate them into concrete, documented ideas for improving Endpoint Management and DEX (e.g. suggestions for automation, knowledge base updates).
  • Support internal and external enablement materials (feature one‑pagers, simple demos, FAQ drafts) rather than leading go‑to‑market.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (or comparable experience) in business / IT / data / related field.
  • First hands-on experience in product, project or business analysis for software / digital products (e.g. internship, working student, junior role).
  • Basic understanding of modern AI / ML concepts and strong motivation to deepen this knowledge.
  • Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum or Kanban) and writing simple user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with clear documentation skills.
  • High customer orientation and motivation to talk to users and stakeholders.
  • Very good English skills; German is a plus.

What We Offer

  • An attractive compensation package above the collectively agreed minimum basic salary (according to the IT-KV, standard level with classification ST1/rule: EUR 3.843 gross/month)
  • 28 days of well-deserved holidays
  • Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start
  • Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus and regular salary reviews
  • Public transport friendly office
  • Special terms for local gyms
  • Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts
  • Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations
  • Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent All Hands and Leadership Lunches
  • Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home office
  • Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country
  • We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!

TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported. We C-A-R-E and understand that our diverse, values-driven culture makes us stronger. As we continue to grow as a company, we also focus on enabling our employees to grow both personally and professionally. We are proud to have an open and embracing workplace environment that will empower you to be your best no matter your gender, civil or family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, education level, or race.
