- Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HAK, HTL) is preferred, or relevant experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance
- Experience in customs and foreign trade
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP are a plus
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and decisiveness
- Spoken and written English
- Scheduling of import and export shipments and coordination of special transports
- Order processing and updating of status information in the global shipment history
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
- Process improvements and optimizations in the areas of scheduling and customs clearance
