Job Description

As a Senior Key Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing key customer accounts within the Honeywell Building Solutions business unit. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and providing innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work on a remote work schedule attached to our office in Klagenfurt or Grambach.

In this role, you will impact the success of our business by:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand our footprint
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or key account management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key customer accounts within the building services market (HVAC, BMS and/or Security Systems knowledge a distinct advantage)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Minimum B1 level English language skills
